Welcome to this wiki for the MOC application.The MOC application is one of a series which has been developed by FoCul Ltd. as part of the Delivery Toolkit suite.
The MOC application has been developed from best practices in the process and utility sectors and incorporates the recommendations made in the Guidelines for the Management of Change for Process Safety published by the Center for Chemical Process Safety of the AIChE.
The MOC application is available as a web system, an intranet system and on the IBM Lotus Notes platform. It can be purchased outright or rented by the month.
This wiki has been created to allow existing and potential users to find out information about the application as easily as possible.
