Activities Manager 


The Activities Manager integrates with other applications to pull all of a persons activities into one place so that they and their managers can manage those activities effectively. It both eliminates the frustration of inboxes filled with actions and at the same time allows organisations and individuals to manage their activities more efficiently

As an example the Activities Manager will show which controlled documents you need to revise, approve and Read. The system allows each person to give positive acknowledgement that they have read and understood each document - ideal for organisations with Standard Operating Procedures

Activities can be entered directly into the system or they can be automatically imported from other systems such as the Document Manager or the Skills and Roles Manager. The system can also be integrated into other electronic processes within your organisation.
